Really struggling :-(

I'm really struggling at the moment. From moment I wake I'm anxious and depressed. It's effecting my work I'm struggling to go to work. Just don't know what to do nomore. Can anyone help x

I feel much the same way, the only relief I get is if I can sleep
I try to fight it, I try to accept it, I try everything
the only thing that helps is praying, but for some reason God has allowed this to happen to mr for years, I have been trying just to accept it all
