I don't mean to feel sorry for myself, but I looked behind me the other day and realised I was totally lost, and I have no 'life sat nav' to find my way back.

I've lost people, my anxiety is being naughty, I have a lack of understanding amongst the people I know, and it's all a bit too much.

A hug would be spot on.
