citalopram & cipralex

Just wondering if anyone can tell me whether escitalopram (cipralex) is the same as citalopram? found loads of posts on citalopram but not cipralex. just started on it & am wondering what to expect having never tried meds before. thanks

Cipralex has one less molecule and less side effects.
I've been on 10mg daily for over a year now and apert from a couple of rough weeks at the start I find it great.
Try looking under the Aussie name Lexapro
