Fluoxetine may slow the rate at which ibuprofen is metabolized increasing its effects. But this is usually not significant at normal ibuprofen doses.

The potentially bigger issue is SSRIs (also some SNRIs and TCAs) are mild anticoagulants as are the NSAID painkillers (ibuprofen, aspirin, naproxen, etc), which may increase bleeding risk if both meds are taken together for more than a few days. Stop taking the NSAID immediately if you become more prone to bruising or begin having nose or gum bleeding.

There is no enhanced bleeding risk with paracetamol, aka acetaminophen.
