argh how do i stop this convinced im dying

so 2 weeks ago i went to hospital with palpatations id been doign really well for a yr not even seeing gp
my tests all came back fine except d dimer so i then freaked over clot they did scans all neg but for next 2 weeks i was obsessed so i saw my doc yesterday he put me back on celexane and refered me for scan of both my legs as chest already done i came out think thank god i can stop worrying now... but no
got home started feeling dizzy heart feels funny and chest pain!
im literally going from one fear to the next without even meaning too!
i always worry how do i know if it is soemthing real or just aniexty
realistically i knwo my heart was checked as well 2 weeks ago and im just going threw a bad phase with aneixty but the what ifs' are driving me insane! i dread getting up in the morning im 25 with two kids its ruining my life i went threw this a yr ago tried sectioning myself it got so bad im hell bent on not letting it get that bad but it hard when i get a new symptom everytime i move helllllllp ( i have a massive fear of suddenly dying)

i know been threw this before everytime it just feels like its 'this time'
id actually got myself off the clot fear until they tested me 2 weeks ago and it came back positive
sick of feeling so ill all the time!
