itchy skin

Hi Everyone,
Happy anxiety new year to you all !
Does anyone suffer from a skin crawling sensation ?
Mine feel likes an itch under the skin, that I don't neccesarily have
to scratch. It can appear on several parts of the body at once and can
last anyyhing from a few minutes to a couple of hours. Do any of you guys get this and is it an anxiety sympton ??
Iam aware of the serious conditions that involve itchy skin but am trying not
to jump to conclusions or go googling !!!

Hi,what ever you do don't google!!!!!!

I sometimes get a crawling sensation on my arms and also in my scalp, I don't think it's serious. Are you on any meds as these can cause itching as a side affect, funny I was just checking the side affects of my meds today and it mentioned itching, was really checking to see if it was ok to have a glass of wine(had one anyway lol)
