Random feeling hot and itchy?

Hello, I'm new here and created this account for the sole purpose of asking about this weird thing that happens to me. I believe it has to do with anxiety but i'm not sure.

I'm not a very anxious or stressed person, but randomly for the past 3 years I've had this thing that happens to me randomly where I start to feel really hot and begin to itch everywhere on my body and freak out a little bit because I feel so hot. These happen about once a month and only last about a minute. I also should note that there are rashes or anything when it happens.

Does anyone have something similar and is there a name for what's going on with me?

Could it be an allergic reaction maybe? Is there anything you're doing in particular when this happens? ?

It comes completely randomly, nothing in particular seems to be causing this.
