Kalms and SJW?

I am just wondering if anyone knows whether its ok to take these two tablets at the same time, I am going through a bit of a low patch at the moment, a combination of Menopause and my husband being made redundant soon but I dont want to take antidepressants. I take a multivitamin/multimineral supplement, inositol and pantothenic acid as well as Kalms. I dont take the full dose of Kalms as the tend to make me tired if I do.

Does Kalms/ Valerian interact with Oral contraceptives the way St Jons do- have suffered anxiety for years and dont want to go on medication but wanted to try herbal remedies. Really anxious! to get started on them but need to clear this first. thanks
