Tip of penis burning

Anyone have this with anxiety? I've visited the doctor they can't find anything wrong.

Many many times I have had this, actually had this a few weeks ago and the burning can sometimes be so bad! I have also been to the docs and they did not know either, so I guess it is nothing to worry about it. But I also know alot of men have complained about this so it must be a common thing.

I've had it for a while off and on. Probably 2-3 years.... even had a hsv tests. All negative!

It can be caused by soap or sometimes if you pee too much and leave a little on the end it might burn.

All tests are showing negative OP don't worry Also get yourself some soft underwear.
