Hi everyone one i have been dealing with anxiety for 4 months and for the past 2 weeks i have had a phobia of eating certain foods thinking its going to give me an allergic reaction!?!?!!?! ive never had allergic reactions to food before (19yrs) and my anxiety is making me think im going to have one idk what to do :( anyone out there that has this problem and got through it please give some advice :( HAVE A GOOD DAY
