IBS Chest Pain

Hi, last couple of days stomach has been really bloated. Get to sleep ok but wake up around 3. Try going back to sleep but can't due to burning below the sternum, then get a strange feeling in chest, have to swallow and the pain goes. Is this reflux due to the IBS or something more sinister?

It sounds like it could be acid, try something like gaviscon or tums and if it doesn't resolve it then i'd suggest making a doctors appointment to see if you need anything stronger x
