Very bad nausea - having major panic attack

Been a while since I've freaked out so bad! Feeling nauseous...which is almost a regular occurrence once or twice a week with awful burping. The panic has set in and I"m shaking uncontrollably. So afraid ...... and my question, which I have still to find an answer to, is the anxiety causing the nausea or is the nausea causing the anxiety? I so want to be rid of this!!! Any support or input would be much appreciated right now! Please...

    Hi,

I suffer the same. Nausea most days and panick attacks. I know it's easier said than done but just think to yourself how many times you've felt sick and panicked and the end result is that you weren't sick. It's the anxiety that causes the nausea. Take deep breaths and try your hardest to fight off the panick. Try and take control of your body. I find that sipping water and burping always helps make the nausea go away but everyone copes in different ways. I hope your okay now
