    Restless Legs

I'm coming off citalopram.......doing it gradually.....getting the usual withrawal suspects.......brain zaps. etc.

But I've also been getting restless legs at night........it's like your legs want to run a marathon and the rest of your body just wants to sleep......anyone else have this?

    Re: Restless Legs

I found that when i'm very anxious my feet won't stop moving, usually when coming off citalopram your anxiety levels go back up for little period of time, maybe it's to do with that.

I had this when I started parox, but surprisingly haven't really had it since. I would do a few stretches and it helped.
