very interesting and easy to use Carl..thanks.The sound was rather low even tho i had it on full blast.maybe that is my pc??Also the cigerette thing filled my head and as an ex smoker i felt very sick!! So found it hard to concentrate on my craving which is food..a compulsion to eat.Any hintsn o how to get rid of the smoking thoughts ..lol!!Thanks love Paddie.xxxxxxxxxxxxx

Hi Carl, I tried this yesterday, found I had to concentrate hard and think I need more practise with the rythm of what I'm saying while I tap. I never feel the urge/cravings to smoke before about 11 a.m. and I think that trying this will suit me better than other means of coping with cravings.
Please can you suggest how I can utilise EFT for coping with dental phobia? Thanks, sagey.
