Sorry to start the heading of like this, but just wondering why no body acknowledged my post the other day.. I have this fear of possession etc and wandered if anyone else has a similar thing to this. I get very frightened and just wanted to know if there is anyone else to obsesses over this sort of thing. I get frightened that it could actually happen. I dont know what do you guys think?

It is an intrusive thought just brought on by anxiety. I dont have this particular one but loads of other just as irrational the more you let it worry you the more it worries you. I feel for you but try to just let them float in and out and not be scared by them. There are loads of people on here that have them they have not answerd because itwas a particular thought you asked about but people have just as bizzare thoughts all the time they \re just part of the silly illness.Hugs for you. I don't understand what you mean by "fear of possession".

Sorry about not replying, I dont know what you mean about possesion. Are you talking about the devil or drugs or what kind of possesion? Try to remember that whatever negative thoughts you are having are just thoughts. They have no meaning to whatever your life holds. Fear is what makes most of these thoughts happen. Let us have a little more info on how you are feeling and what kind of thoughts they are. Take care.
