Constant light headiness when walking

Good morning Light headiness 3 months now,is still with me its like walking on a sponge(LOL),its a xxxxxxxx but still going out and carrying on regardless,any tips its only when I am walking,but I cannot give up going out so will carry on,enjoy your day my friends
