Everyone around me tries to get me to do things that I dont feel fully comfortable, I have been off ativan 3 months and my brain is still very sensitive to change and anticipation.. To top it off I dont feel like I will ever be able to do the things I did before, when I just worry and get weird body feelings about doing normal stuff.. Makes it very difficult

I think you need to explain that you haven't been well and need time to heal. But not to stop the invites as you will join in when you can.
