Please remind me this is normal

I have been on 50 mg. Sertraline for a week and upped my dose to 100 mg. just the past 3 days. I split the dose between morning and night. I have been having sinus issues lately and I know they are triggering panic.

What I need reassurance on is that the hot flashes, shakiness, weakness and slight dizziness are normal panic reactions (or side effects) when taking Sertraline. I remember vaguely 6 years ago when I was on Zoloft of feeling warmth rush through my body when I would have a panic attack that Zoloft would block.

It was just enough to freak me out enough to take a half a klonipin which I have been avoiding. I feel better (tired) but still feel the sinus pressure and headache (which leads me to believe that was the trigger).

    Normal reaction right?

Dizziness, check. Shakiness, check. That warm feeling I get when a panic attack has truly started for me. It's how I know the adrenaline is coming. I still get it, even while on sertraline, just less physical symptoms now.

Sinus issue, not sure. I haven't experienced that although spring and allergy season are in the air. Maybe sinus infection?
