Just wondered if anyone has any advice on what can help with brain zaps? I have OTC travel sickness pills that have helped a bit.
Such a shame the journey finishes with this. For the last seven months citalopram has had such a positive impact on my life.
I’m 10 days into withdrawal from 10mgs. Tapered off a little over a week. I have been text book for side effects so far. Initial side effects disappeared after two weeks as expected. Hoping these withdrawal symptoms disappear soon too.
