Hey,
I have been on 10mg citalopram for a year now and the doctors have upped my dose to 20mg. I am on day 2 of the increase.
I feel low, super irritable, heart pounding and sick and like my head is racing like i could lose it at any minute!
Is this normal, and will it pass?

Yes it's normal...have your doctor prescribed you a benzo..short term ..while your brain gets use to the higher dose...
Nope nothing :/ just to take the citalopram and be on my way! How long roughly will this last?
