Hi,looking for advise.I have been on 10mg of cipralex for 3 week now and seem to be getting worse,before I started I had more energy and done alot more,now I eat less have crazy dreams,pressure around the eyes,starting to not sleep which I believe is what is making me worse as you don't have a good start to the day,anxiety always worse in the morning.I seem to be up and down from day to day,started smoking and drinking as head was messed up but stopped again,what I want to ask is weather I should up the dose as I really need to function and concentrate on things but can't be bothered but I know if I don't get my head right and sort things out things are only going to get worse for me in the coming weeks.I seem to spend all my time in bed.I don't know if I should up the dose to 20mg as I have pressure around my head and don't want it to get any worse also its only been 3 week and ppl say it takes 6 -8 week to work properly,any advise would be greatly appreciated
