30mg to 40mg what to expect?

Hi almost a year or citolapram,starting at 10mg and working up to 30mg.. feeling loads better than I did but having moments when I def not right . Was thinking of upping to 40mg but scared. Tried cutting down and weaning off but felt dreadful, so think I may try 40mg and see if it helps. I'm just scared of feeling worse again.. any good stories will help ty x

You may experience some side-effects for a week, or so, but they should be milder than previous dose increases mostly because the percentage increase is lower.

I've been on 40 for maybe 4 days...lack of appetite during the day better at night. Either the anxiety masked my side effects or I rarely had any. Good luck.

What do you mean exactly if you don't mind me asking when you say you definitely don't feel right?

I have a constant feeling of internal kinda buzzing/jitters. Also still feel the need to get deep breaths. My neck aches and tops of my arms. I take it for anxiety!

Is this since you increased the dose to 40mg, or before? If before, how long have you been taking 30mg?

It's before Increase and I've been taking 30mg since October last year. X

It doesn't stop me doing anything but it's uncomfortable.

Hi Polly, I moved up from 30mg to 40mg and didn't notice any side effects in my case. The tearfulness and shakiness dropped away at 40mg and it helped me get a handle on my obsessive thoughts, so that is one positive opinion! Good luck!
