Pregabalin withdrawal

Hi. I'm totally new to this!! I've recently managed to reduce my fentanyl patches from 50mg to 12mg, not going to lie, it wasn't easy!! I'm now starting the journey of coming off pregabalin. I've been on 300mg both morning and night for approx 8 years and need to come off of it now. Have dropped 100mg's at night and already struggling! Any advice out there would be greatly recieved Thanks.

I came off pregabalin a few years ago. it was v tough because it had really worked for me & I was worried I would become ill again.
I did it over quite a long period under supervision of my doc - reducing dose by very small amounts 25mg.
stay focussed & you can do it. I found that doing regular exercise helped me no end.
