Palps Bumps missed skipt ectopics . Do they ever go

Hi guys/girls. Right so we read about all these different types of palps that are due to anxiety. And we read about success storys, but once the anxiety as gone and people are free 100% of inapropriate anxiety and recovered do the palps bumps ectopics an all the heart related symptoms go to.. ??

Once the ectopics started for me, they never stopped completely. that being said, they were totally manageable with a lower level of anxiety. I lived with them just fine. My anxiety makes them so much worse and everyone is different. Mine are triggered by more than just anxiety, they're hormone related also. If we're referring to tachycardia Palpitations with anxiety then yeah, that completely goes away without anxiety.

How long have you had them? How often do you get them? any idea which came first, the ectopics or the anxiety? for me I can't really tell because i've always had anxiety. I've had ectopics for 12 years and i'm sure they'll be there for the rest of my days. I've learned to try and accept them as best as I can instead of fearing them and hoping they go away. Not entirely bullet proof but it works most of the time.

kayla do u get them constants worse in bed? better wen busy?

Depends on the day and my level of anxiety. Some days I will get 60 ectopic beats, some days I get a couple. Some days my heart is just irritable, and i'm assuming its linked to anxiety/hormones/hydration/diet
