    Panic attack and alone

Currently having a horrific afternoon of panic attacks! Worked a very busy long shift yesterday and had little sleep with the clocks changing. Had a coffee to get me through and now can barely breathe. Feeling so dizzy, my hearts thumping. My fiancé isn't home at the minute and I feel like hell and terrified going through this myself!

Hi! I ended up ringing my mum who helped calm me down. Keep getting hot flushes and waves of anxiousness though. Feel close to having another one but I'm going to try and eat shortly and hope that that helps

    Jenny.
Do you have any relaxation mp3s or something to keep you occupied until your partner returns? Sounds daft, but I find a warm shower grounds me especially if I am trying to use up time.
    Keep well.

I've had a shower and some food and then watched some really simple TV to distract me. I feel a bit better, just exhausted and my brain won't switch off
