Stomach pain and discomfort

Hi there, I am worried about a nerw symptom that has developed. I have suffered with acid reflux for some time and have had medication for that. For the last few weeks I have had a constant tummy discomfort. Just below my ribs and it goes through to between my shouder blades, feels like a soreness or stinging feeling. At the moment my acid isn't too bad so I don't think its that, but am getting worried I may have cancer or something. My doc has referred me to gastro for endoscopy which terrifies me. Anyone had anything similar? Could anxiety and worry cause this pain?

it sounds like tyou may have gallstones it can be cured with meds have a word with your docter to make sure

hi jessie yes i get the same pain every day I had my endoscopy in january and they discoverd i had a hiatus hernia.The pain you are feeling is due to the acid even though u feel your acid isnt to bad

I get this too Jessie ,I was diagnosed with IBS .They tested me for everything ,one min they said it could be an ulcer ,then gallblader ,Its really a worry .But im sure its nothing serious .Luv Sue x
