Been a long while since I have had to post on here, HA has been doing well! But posting here instead of Dr Google.

So tonight my brother done some pork chops on the griddle pan, high heat for 10 minutes maybe just under, he said they were 'medium rare'. I always worry about pork being undercooked and these were maybe a little pink inside but not too much as they were very thin chops but looked more done, now all of a sudden my HA has kicked in over Trichinella should I be worried aboit this?
