    Wearing a halter monitor today

Going to get it at 1:30. I'm dreading having to wear this; any advice from those of you who've went through the experience? I'm worried I'll just be constantly looking at it or whatever.

You won't see anything while wearing it. Leave it where it's hung and forget it.

    Got it.

It's not that uncomfortable at all, but I still hate wearing it. I don't know why. It's just stressing me out. Not even because of what the results will be, I just hate the fact that I have to wear this thing for 48-hours. I hate being told I have to do something. It is what it is I guess, maybe I'll get used to it. Wish they would've done a 24 hour one.

Had to wear those devices half a dozen times. I'm always more relaxed when being monitored, just because I think any bad beat would be recorded. That's probably why most of my holters return absolutely fine.

I get that. That's how I am in the hospital I think.
