The cold can sap your energy. It can affect your breathing, something that is a trigger to asthma for someone like me.

If you were out shoveling before having any breakfast Phil, it could lead to a drop in blood/sugar level. Also as Terry says, these kind of temps we're having would only exacerbate the situation.

Yes I think I may have got the cold as my breathing seems funny and had some chest pains but could be anxiety
