I'd suggest baby wipes. I use 2 sheets of regular paper folded over to wipe. I'll wipe about 5 times until clean then go over with a baby wipe. I use far less than I used to.

There’s a wet patch at the sink near the skirting is this because I blocked the toilet or is it condensation from the shower?
In which case you can stop part way through wiping and do a flush.
Are you workplace understanding? We used to put posters up to stop people putting those hand towels down and blocking the toilets.

That happens with my shower. Even though the sheet seems to be covering inside the bath and up to the shower we still sometimes get some leakage to the sink that is next to it.
