Hi,Im sure most you have seen me post on here.Ive had anxiety/panic attacks for just about 5 years now.I see alot of you post about a tingling sensation,i hate that feeling.My question is if it last to long ,can it cause any serious problems.Doesnt feel or seem very healthy to have your face ,chest and legs get tingly and sometimes go numb.I also get the zombie/disrealization feeling all the time.I have a hard time concentrating,especialy when it comes to movies.Ive limited myself to basicaly watching comedys cause it doesnt involve much thinking/comprehension.I used to blame it on my ativan but i cut back on the meds and I feel spacier then ever.It realy sucks..I wanna feel alive again.Any suggestions would be highly appreciated.If anyone feels the need to vent ,im here to listen and help..
