bad pain in armpit......please help.

Hey,
I do not think it is a pulled muscle or anything. I dont feel a lump. But there is definite tenderness...like a really really sore spot there. Right inside my armpit. Like I have to push it, its right in the fleshy part. But it hurts even when im not touching it. Sometimes when I am moving around...it just really kills up in there. I didnt feel a lump....but Im wondering something about lymph nodes. I know there are nodes in your armpits. Should I be concerned??? Its been a day or two. Could it be like a lymphnode infection or something? ANd of course, im thinking....cancer???

lymphnode fights infection dont worry , i had a pain in my arm pit and went so no worrying ,,,,,,wish you better

Could be lots of things - even something like an little infection in a hair follicle or sweat gland could be very sore and quite deep under your skin. Or it could be a sore lymph node - I had an viral infection and the lymph nodes under my arms were sore even though I couldn't feel them. Do you feel OK otherwise?
