Proplanolol and 'Intense' physical activity? (i.e. Rollercoasters)

    Hi there,

Short backstory, had anxiety for over a year, I've had ups and downs. I have beta blockers (proplanolol) for as and when I need to take them to take the edge of the anxiety.
Recently that has been not at all, proud.
But on Monday me and my girlfriend ate going to Disneyland Paris, I am having a lot of anxiety about this trip for various reasons (lack or escape route, eurotunnel etc...) so I'm thinking the beta blockers will likely be used again on the trip.

Question, do you know if you can/should do intense physical activity like a rollercoaster/ride on proplanolol? Does anyone have any experience with it?

I only ask since they block adrenaline and stop you from getting too 'pumped up', I didn't know if this was a problem.

Any help would be great, I leave tomorrow so any quick replies would be seriously loved
