    Herbal Valerian, from pharmacy. I have had insomnia most of my life, I took these for about 10 years, before my GP prescribed me anxiety medication that also helps induce sleep.

    I have to admit that I took more tablets than the leaflet advised each night, non-addictive.

    I had the same problem, but I take a Leksaurin and fall aslep easly.

    It is a Benzodazepine, you would have to get it from your doctor, they are not usually keen to prescribe.

    i cant sleep n now i need to wait for emergency dentist app, which is thankfully 2morro as in agony

    The best medication I've found is alprazolam (xanax) 2mg bars to bring on sleep as I'd take 2,2mg bars 30mins before bed and it knocks me out and makes me feel refreshed in the morning

    Daily 7 hours sleep is needed.
