I search on YouTube for nature sounds and pagan sort of music, but I absolutely love metal and rock music though some don't find that relaxing. :P

    Re: Music for anxiety/depression

What really calms me down is listening to anything pop, 60's, or new age/ futuristic music. One of my favorites is the Bee Gees but that might not be good for depression, just anxiety lol. The new age music works great for me tbough I could listen to Ray Lynch all day and be so relaxed. https://youtu.be/yPojjUgZy7I
