    Piece of paper

I feel like a piece of paper. Thats how I explain it.
I end up crying each day at the end of the day.
    I cant do anything.
I keep going down hill. not up.

    Is anyone the same?

I feel a burden upon my partner. I am a man yet I cry each day.

I have tried, meds, natural, everything, talk.

I feel i am going down more each time. I have 6 months to wait until I can get into private hospital.

I am on doses of meds now most could not beleive or pronounce.

    Ive tried everything.
where to next apart from the obvious.

Meds and natural have helped but I am not goiung up. I dont know now whether I have depression or anxiety? WHat is it now? I feel anxiety gone but depression here big time. I just cry.

Its been over 6 years now. How long do I bear this?

Oh Chop I am so sorry you are feeling so down. Sounds like you have a bad case of depression. I really don't know what to tell you other than this forum is a really great place to find people who care and understand some of how you are feeling. Hope that you can get the help you need!! As for now just know that you can drop in any time and talk to someone and they will listen and try to help you.

    Chop,

Any man that openly admits to crying is, in my opinion, a strong man. It takes more courage for a man to admit than a woman.
Panic, anxiety, depression doesn't differentiate between the sexes and there's no reason why men should be thought of being any less vulnerable than women.
If you're sufferring then 'bend' all our ears cos that's what we're here for - everyone helps each other.
    Never think you're alone mate!
    Take care

    Hi Chop,

I'm so sorry to here that you are suffering so bad, it will get better and you must keep telling yourself that.

I find that because of the panic and anxiety, i get really depressed well frustrated would be more the word to use and that starts me off crying big time.

Were all here for you hunny.

    Take care

I agree with all the replies you have recieved but mainly about you being strong to admit you cry, that takes guts in my eyes.
I too often feel like a burden to the world in general.
and always wonder why the few people I do have contact with even bother.
I know how hard it can be when you seem to get to the bottom and try everything but cant get back up.
