One for the ladies!
I've noticed a pattern with my stomach problems in that around 8 days before my period, I have awful diarrhoea. Anyone else noticed this?
Progesterone is higgest at this time but that usually causes constipation, according to google...
I'd appreciate any replies

I used to have the same before I was on birth control, then the two days before I wouldn’t be able to go at all.

I was the similar in that I had diarrhoea during my period and and then I was having them every 2 weeks so it really got me down.
I had to have a coil fitted to stop the periods.

Thanks, ladies. I'm wondering if I should go on the pill again but I'm 31 and so it's not ideal, apparently!
