Hi all,
I had a problem in the past with schizophrenia fear but last year I had a panic attack where after I started to experiance fear to get heart attack.
I always check my pulse, check my breathing etc
A week ago I started to go to gym and I was very good sportsmen before anxiety started and always now have a worry that I will colapse there and die...after weight lifting I have shortage of breath, heart race, small nuisea
I dont know how I can get rid of this... :(
