Spot/boil on mens area

In the past few days a spot/boil has appeared I have had them before but it's turned black I think its maybe dyed blood or it's leaking or something but it's horrible.

Will it go away in a few days?

I don't want to make a diagnosis or anything but the fact it has turned black makes it sound like Molluscum contagiosum.

Does it have a core in the middle?

Not sure. I googled it and said there's no treatment for it unless it lasts weeks. I get these maybe once every six months but it doesnt always go black.

Its only been there two days though so maybe it takes longer to go away?

How long do they usually take to go away? If it's a matter of days than it definitely won't be Molluscum.
