    more than panic attack?

iv been diagnosed with severe anxiety disorder/depression and agoraphobia for quite a few years now and iv always said there is more to it than that, when I have my attacks its more like a fit as I end up grabbing and pulling at my clothing and skin, digging nails into my skin leaving scars etc but totally out of my control and doing it unintentionally

I've completely stripped off all of my clothes in a panic, but never scratched myself. This sounds really scary. I hope you get some insight into this soon.

I dig my nails into my palms and feel the need to take my clothes off as well. When I'm outside, I usually end up taking my clothes off. I think it's just primal fear, the need to escape yourself, tear your skin off. It's awful, but fear is all it is.
