Hello from Norwich

Hello everyone.
I am Sue and have just joined this wonderful site after suffering since September 2010 with anxiety after a heart attack.
The one thing I will say that I have noticed that I have tended to google lots of things and all it has done has pushed my anxiety through the roof!! I have lost 2 stone since xmas and my Dr has today put me on Diazipam as I am only having 2/3 hours sleep per night and I am exausted... it all seems a bit of a nightmare at the moment but its comforting to know that I am not alone...
