    Sorry to paste this in a new post but you have just triggered my memory as a child i was petrified that the world was going to end this being one of my first memories. (sad isnt it). But i must have suffered anxiety all my life as i didnt understand stuff about my heath back then! i think i must have focused on what was in the news then! WAR!!! now its Health scares and with all the cancer charties getting there word out via the TV we see it all the time! (i think i have just had a break through) i getting rid of my TV its the route to all evil!

    Really? seems drastic. During the height of my anxiety i stopped buying/reading newspapers and watching the news that helped

    ok maybe that was taking it a little far how would i cope without my soaps and friends.
