i am the very same i only feel safe at home aswell xxx also is it only me that at times i feel out of touch with reality ???

You are not alone with that one. It happens a lot of us with anxiety. I don't like that feeling at all it is so strange

it's 1.40 am and im feeling feeling quite depressed and out of touch with reality and angry with my self for feelimg this way

Don't be angry at yourself for feeling what you feel.x when I get down or have that symptom I would watch something funny or try to read a book anything to distract myself from my thoughts.xx

your absolutely right i to would watch someting funny aswell or share some jokes with my friends on facebook to distract my self sometimes it works quite well sometimes not so well but ya have to at least try xxx
