hot flushes

I keep getting hot flushes for no aparent reason. Sometimes I have 3 or 4 a day. Ive looked it up through several websites and all i get is menopause this and menopause that. Im only in my early 20's surely it cant be that im going through the menopause?...... Can it? x

Hi!

Its very unlikely to be menopause at your age, but may be hormonally related. It could be due to any number of things, but unlikely to be serious! Maybe you have a virus/cold. If it continues, visit the DR to rule it out.

I think anxiety can cause imbalence in your central heating system aswell!
