It seems that all of the antidepressant meds I have been tried on have not done anything for me. I have been reading about 5htp and wondered if anyone has tried it/what the results were?

Hi JB,
I havent taken 5-htp myself, but if you put the word 5HTP in the Search facility at the top of this screen you will find some posts regarding it.

Just adding to Andrea's post-you'll probably find more info on the natural remedies forum as this one deals mainly with prescription meds.
