Stiff Knee

It seems that no day goes by without my aniexty getting the better of me. Since Saturday I've had what seems like a Stiff knee - its just the one and there isn't really any pain, it just feels like I'm walking at an angle all the time even though I'm not - could this just be a plain strain and how long do they take to go?

I moved a TV on the Saturday before I noticed it.

Knees can be very painful, you may have pulled something or it might be a touch of arthritis. Nothing to worry about, but see how it goes before you go to the doctor.

sounds like u could have twisted it mate moving the tv

first aid would recommend ICE for strains

I - ice
C - compression
E - elevation

if it doesnt ease what about ibuprofen or similar, but check its ok if ur on any others meds

a trip to the local minor injury dept or gp may put ur mind at rest too
