I would ask your pharmacist just to be sure before trying them.
I tried nytol and they didn't seem to do much, but I guess they must work for some people. One tip I do have for sleeping problems (I've suffered from insomnia in the past) is NEVER go to bed until you start to feel tired. You can take all the warm drinks and warm baths you like before bed but until your body actually feels tired you will find it hard to sleep. It's the one rule I use now, even if it means staying up a bit later than you would like.
