Starting worrying again about going mad mainly going scizo/psycotic had a short while of not worrying about it but it feels like its starting again.Ive seen doctor after doctor and even though none have said im mad i still deeply worry about either being mad atm or going mad soon.It stems from worry about the logic "people who are crazy dont know they are crazy" being possibly not like that in all cases.
My senses are super tuned for some reason always on egde and what ever i hear or see i have to check to see if it is there and if its not or sounds like something else I worry that i could be going crazy and have the abilty to know i am.
I worry endlessly that someone could be scizo/psycotic and have full insight and know that they could be this worry always ends with a mild panic attack.
Does anyone have this fear and how do you cope with it ?
