Scared of being alone.

I never used to be scared of being alone, i loved it when my parents left the house but now since my panic started 3 years ago, im terrified that something awful will happen to me and i convince myself i feel dizzy. It's obviously pyshcological because when im around people im fine.
Same with being in town on my own, i panic i feel light headed and in my own world.

Can anyone relate?

Yeah im the same... It's awful! When I'm home alone when husbands working I seem to get dizzy and have panic spells...

Most nights I can't sleep if no ones at home and im the same if out and about....

You are def not alone... It's the fear that something will happen to us and there is no one around to help us....
