White dots in left eye

I lifted a bucket of water out the sink put it on the floor and stood up and got white dots in my left eye for about 10seconds, it totally made me panic and I felt faint after but I think that could of been because I was so anxious. Does my one else get these? I’ve had it a couple of times before

This can sometimes happen, especially if you stand up too fast. Nothing to worry about
